One of the biggest problems I have with the career path I chose is that I rarely have enough time to take a few days off, put my feet up, and relax with some of my closest friends and family. There is always a problem somewhere, and it always seems to fall on me to solve the problem; it's like everybody is so incapable of taking decisions that I'm the only person who steps up to the plate when the heat turns on. I have been thinking for a while about how i need to hire some consultants to get my business running in a slicker and more effective manner than it has been.
This led me to Bowandarrow.com who have done some incredible work by enhancing our product-to-market operation. This has freed me up from some of the more tedious work I had to do, and also ensured that my weekends are exactly that-mine.
